What is the warranty offered on your products?
- All our new products come with a one year warranty.
- Our used and refurbished products have a three month warranty service.
Can I extend the warranty period?
- Yes. The warranty can be extended for up either 6 months or one year. Six months extension costs £30 while 1 year costs £50
What is not covered under the warranty?
- Our warranty does not cover liquid damage or cracked screen. Screen are deemed cracked when you can see the internal liquid spillage or a crack in the screen. Our warranty does not cover instances where the software has been corrupted and no longer functions properly.
Do you offer free delivery?
- Free delivery is offered on orders on all our laptops.
- For other orders delivery is free if the order exceeds £150
Which postage service do you use?
- We use Royal mail and DPD Next working day delivery service
Do you buy laptops?
- Yes we buy laptops and other electronic devices. Fill out the form on the sell your laptop page and we will make you a reasonable service
Do you offer a repair service?
- Yes we fix laptop. Tell us the nature of the fault and we will provide a quote for repair
